My favourite hostelry is the Limeburners pub and Fish and chip shop at Offton, near Needham Market. The fish and chips are the best I have tasted for years, very reasonably priced (take away or eat in, both cost the same). The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, and the beer is beautifully kept! They have a very pleasant garden, safe for children, a veranda for the cooler nights with heaters, so smokers are catered for, and the whole place is spotless.
