A  SUFFOLK RUSK IS A SMALL SCONE LIKE CAKE.   ONCE IT BAKED, SPLIT IN HALF, AND THEN BAKE THE HALVES IN THE OVEN TO CRISP UP.  THEN SPREAD THE RUSKS WITH BUTTER AND ENJOY.   I WAS BROUGHT UP ON THESE WHEN I WAS A CHILD.    BARBARA, ALBERTA, CANADA.

A SUFFOLK RUSK IS A SMALL LIKE SCONE ABOUT  JUST OVER 1" IN DIAMETER.  AFTER THEY WERE BAKED, THEY WERE CUT IN HALF AND THEN PLACED BACK IN THE OVEN TO CRISP UP.  AFTER THEY HAD CRISPED UP, WE SPREAD THEM WITH BUTTER AND ENJOYED THEM.   BARBARA, ALBERTA, CANADA.
