Mind Your Language!
Norfolk’s school governors and clerks have the chance to get together on Saturday 16th May when Norfolk Governors’ Network is hosting its Spring Meeting. Both new and experienced governors are welcome to attend. It provides an ideal opportunity to meet and hear what other governors are doing and to share ideas.
The free event will run from 9.15 am – 12.30 pm, in the Edwards Room at County Hall Norwich. It will feature a talk about the teaching of foreign languages in our schools. It will also include information about the results of the Norfolk bullying survey and successful anti-bullying strategies.
The Norfolk Governors’ Network, which has been in existence for over ten years, is an independent, non-political organisation for Norfolk school governors. It provides help and support in meeting the challenges and responsibilities which all school governors face.
Further information about the meeting can be found on the NGN website at www.ngn.org.uk.
