With reference to the picture of the Girl Guides in August 1966 (issue 83) I am 99% certain that their leader is Joyce Bugg from Levington.  She was my Guide leader when I joined a few years after this photo was taken and kept the Guide movement going in the village for many years.   I can't remember what the troop name was, but think it was Nacton something even though meetings were always held at Levington.  I do not recognise any of the girls, but they would all have probably lived in Nacton or Levington.    Report
