The Mall Launches Charity Easter Egg Appeal

City shoppers are being encouraged to buy an extra Easter egg this year to donate to The Mall Norwich’s annual Easter Egg Appeal. All chocolate eggs that are received will be donated to local charity The Umbrella Housing Association, which provides accommodation for single parent families in difficult situations.

People will have until the 1st April to get their chocolate eggs to The Mall Norwich so that they are delivered in time for Easter.

Victoria Haverson, marketing manager at The Mall Norwich says; “The Umbrella Housing Association is a fantastic local charity and we’re delighted to be able to contribute to such a worthwhile cause with this year’s Easter Egg Appeal. It doesn’t matter what variety of chocolate egg it is or how many people bring. Every egg donated will really bring a smile to a child in Norwich.”

Please deliver your Easter gifts unwrapped to the Ask Me Point on level two at The Mall Norwich, from now until April 1st and they will be delivered before Easter Sunday. Alternatively if you would prefer to offer a cash donation, The Mall will purchase a chocolate egg on your behalf.
